i made the most amazing sound on my guitar today,
i broke my bottom E string whilst playing Hospital by The Used
so i turned the song off from my computer, and tried salvaging the string whilst i still had my amp on, it made a deep rumbling springey sound kinda atmospheric, like some weird twisted backing to music made by The Horrors mixed with Sonic Youth.

ive left it on there, im going to probably get some poor quality recording of it and play over the top of it.
im going to write some music on my acoustic guitar, which is slightly out of tune, the way things sound when they arent perfect amazes me, almost as much as imperfect people, people with quirks and idiosyncraces and things that make them them, like a definitive facial feature, or hair colour, or stance when they stand, the way they look when theyre waiting at a bus stop something that makes them completely original.

- im starting to develop a weird fixation with foreign folk music. which will be interesting to explore.

i need to decide what to wear for tomorrow. my jeans are covered in mud from rolling in the mud today, and my t-shirt i was going to wear, im wearing now. i feel like doing something with my hair too. but im not sure if i can or will. i want to dye it.
