So many things made today different than every other day of the past 4 weeks..
today was different because it started differently, i woke up at a different time, a time that meant i didnt waste my whole day, and woke up to the sweet sound of Dave Grohl's voice in the Foo Fighters. For the whole day ive had Wheels stuck in my head. This is also another thing that made my day different...
i can retrace periods of my life back to who i listened to at any specific point in my life. i remember a period when i was actually entirely content with my life, it wasnt a long period, around 2 months, but during this time i listened to Foo Fighters... Non stop. especially Everlong, i love that song, so for me to have a foo fighters song stuck in my head, set my mood for today, instead of counting away the hours, i utilized my time ( i never thought id say that sentence). i woke up ate my museli followed up by my colourful rainbow of tablets i have to take every morning, and sat downstairs watching kerrang in nothing more than a massive t-shirt and boxers...
i then recieved a text from my friend Jess, ive known jess nearly my entire life, im 17 now, and ive known her since play school, shes one of my closest friends, and the only person i know who puts up with me no matter what. anyway, she invited me to the cinema with Brenden and Chris (two close friends, Brenden goes out with Jess) to watch Fame..
I Then thought if im going to waste 5 pound on some shitarse film there has to be some good reasons to see this film with these people...
my reasons are as follows:
1) i get to see my friends
2) i get to see "FAME! im guna live forever im guna learn how to FLY!"
3) i never came up with a third reason but reason number two was good enough for me
suprisingly the film was pretty damn good! i liked it, :) and sung all the way back the fame song... XD
i then came home and potted around for a few hours, sitting here on my laptop and finished my drawing that i showed in a previous blog...
i then decided to go to my friend rachel's house because she wasnt feeling too great, and me, Chris, Lisa and Rachel watched Beauty and the Beast. I have to say, what an amazing film <3 i know im too old to love disney films, but it connects to the audience in such a lovely way, i ended up hugging a teddy, which wasnt even mine. it left me feeling warm inside.
...Until i walked home at 11 o clock at night in the cold with nothing apart jeans and a t-shirt...
but i have to say, just to top of what i considered a fairly happy day, was this
